Warm and intimate atmosphere, very good food, we both enjoyed the mussels, and I got the table d'hote with mussles as main course 25$ (which is like a menu fixe in France, 3 courses but limited selections for each course, I would recommend getting this.) Complimentary hors d'oeuvre and bread. Not a huge menu selection for someone with dietary restrictions (my wife), but the food they have they do very well.

I will keep this short, if you see more than 5 tables taken at this place, just leave. The kitchen seems to not be able to cook for more than 10 people at a time... We waited 2 hours for 3 steaks and a risotto, feels bad for the staff that had to keep giving excuses for an incompetent kitchen. Food ended up being alright except for the risotto which was pretty bad, you get what you pay for.
