The mango juice is really good. The staff is friendly and you get a quick and courteous service. The presentation of the cupcakes and sandwiches is attractive. The place looks clean and well located across from the food court.

Not a great cup, I asked for a flavoured latte but got one with no sugar added.

That pineapple "smoothie" was more like a slushy. It had juice, ice, coconut milk and basil, but no fresh or frozen fruit that i could taste. Interesting flavour but certainly not worth $4.75. Disappointed. 😣

We were looking for a last minute catering for our office luncheon and this La Prep was recommended. To my surprise the catering went well and got positive feedback from my business meeting participants. The taste and presentation of the sandwiches and salads is awesome!
