My experience with La Passerelle has been very positive and motivating. The program is enriching! I am grateful for the committed team and the involvement of the participants. From when I first started, with the information and working with my coach I found myself growing and feeling confident. This program has really help me in so many ways. My experience at La Passerelle has been really excellent. Leslie and his team go above and beyond in terms of their offered services and commitment to help mature workers navigate the ever changing job market. I had great coaches, who took the time to listen to me and come up with an action plan that suited my needs, the workshops are really great, they can be fun and interactive but also very informative and up to date with all of the latest employment trends. I would recommend La Passerelle to anyone who is going through a career transition or would just like to learn some great communication and practical skills for their job search.
Even if I had experienced unemployment before, La Passerelle made this experience less difficult to live and has injected a good amount of positive energy. I felt like searching a position instead of just a job. The coaching staff - and administrative one - were very helpful, dedicated. It made our sessions fun and entertaining. Searching employment is lots of work on oneself. It can be discouraging. They ease the process and help everyone to get out of the shelf. They made everyone part of the solution. You are a human? Absolutely one of the most positive experiences in my professional life. Under Laszlo’s leadership, empathy and incredible sense of humour, my journey with the La Pasarelle team was extraordinary. Sessions orchestrated in group, or alone with coaches, resulted in professional introspection, to create solid plans to move forward. Participants are graciously beneficed with white glove service where participants are continuously encouraged… with every disappointment shared, and every step to success celebrated. Over the years, I have worked with other professional outplacement services, but La Pasarelle always stands out in my memory, as the place to be yourself, and continuously improve. I believe that without their collective guidance, I would not be as pleased in my position, as I am currently. To potential future participants, I would definitely recommend La Pasarelle as the place to, ‘come home to’.
