What a cute little family owned space tucked in the corner of the flea market! Absolutely amazing service and food. 1st we started with the Cheese and also a beef empanada. I could eat the salsa and green sauce! She offered us a free hot beverage with our order too Everything was so delicious! They have the best Colombian empanadas and personal service
I walked passed this stall and the corn epinadas caught my eyes. I got to talking with Hilda, she explained that the corn epinadas are a healthier option so I tried it. It was delicious! I'm a vegetarian and she has options. Her salsa and green salsa are excellent and she offers great conversation and free coffee. She's passionate about what she does and you can taste that in the food. I also came back the following week and tried her cheese bread rolls lol. Thanks for the good time Hilda!

Must try made from scratch Colombian food. This is little tucked in stall in flea market. Don’t forget to ask for super yummy fresh made green sauce which is the star highlight!! You will love the cleanliness of this tiny eatery and trust me this place will give a feel of different world as you bite in the crunchy yummy chicken empanadas and arepas!!! The chef girl is very very welcoming
Fresh place. Owner is super cool and the empanadas are amazing! Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. No doubt this place will need to expand! Parking: Lots of available parking at Door G Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat there…it’s a good place. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or obstructions.
La Mulata is run by Hilda and everything is amazing here! The food is absolutely authentic, you don’t need to trust me, just try it for yourself. Everything is handmade and empanadas are exactly like what you would eat in Cartagena. Don’t believe me? Today the arepas made a grown man cry because that’s the taste he was looking for as he hasn’t been able to eat it since being in Canada. Eat the empanadas with the salsa also handmade while drinking Pony Malta and you’ll start to sing Colombia~ Encantó dancing on top of the blue table.
Her food was amazing like her charisma. It was fun and delicious to eat there Best patacones, empanadas and egg arepas. I highly recomend this place and her food, it made our day. Thank you and see you soon
The atmosphere is great, the restaurant is a lot bigger than it looks. Servers were attentive, food was great, and drinks were delicious. They have a lot of vegan/vegetarian options that are clearly labeled.

Best authentic Colombian street food that we've tried in the GTA!! My husband and I had their beef and chicken empanadas and their egg arepas along with their 3 different dipping sauces. Everything was so delicious and fresh!! You can tell that they use the best quality ingredients!! The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely go back! 100% recommended!!
