Been going there for years best place to go

Called to see what services they provide and if they could handle my tax needs since I have a business and I work a normal 9-5. The woman that answered was very short, she told me that Tom was on vacation this week, I asked to leave a message and she told me call back next week....not great customer service. I was interested since they were recommended but I don't know now if I want to transfer my business to them since they couldn't be bothered to take a message...

I had a good experience last year but I have tried calling 8 days in a row and every time I have called it’s been busy and it won’t let me leave a voicemail. Are your phones not working?

I called this place being new to the area and seeing the great reviews, I thought I’d schedule an appointment for our taxes to be done here this year. However, when I called I was put through a “screening” process to make sure my taxes were not too complicated for them to complete because they were busy... um, it’s TAX SEASON everyone is busy. I’ve never had that excuse used on me. Anyway, I was turned away because my husband had a rental property in 2020 which is literally 1 extra form for them, must have been just too much trouble for them. I can do these at my kitchen table based on the simplicity, but I thought I’d give some business to the locals. Guess not! I’ll find another tax service that doesn’t screen their customers.
