Great ambiance, great music, great location in the mall, the service was not great for our first experience, more staff are definitely needed, we were not asked if we wanted to dine in, until I approached one of the gentlemen and we were seated. Great presentation of the tacos,but missed hot sauce on the table, it's a must at a Mexican restaurant. If your looking to switch items on a meal, they won't do it, menu items are already set and no changes allowed

Pretty decent Mexican place in the mall. Coconut shrimp were amazing! Birria tacos were a bit soggy but had good spice. Flautas we’re ok, could have had a bit more flavour.Food: 3/5
Great service!!!! Great Food!!!! The margaritas are amazing and we really enjoyed the music and the atmosphere. The service was the best and very quick, our server Bruno was friendly and welcoming! Everything is great at this location! It feels like we are on vacation lol.Food: 5/5
This was a mixed experience. The birria tacos were great. Good portion and taste. The mole enchiladas seemed to be cooked by microwave. They did not taste or looked good. The kids tacos were not so good either and small portions. The guacamole was not fresh and tasted similar to the ones sold in the grocery store.
We ordered bbq platter for two it comes with the mixed meat chicken was flavourful and pork was ok but beef was so dry everything needed some kind of sauce or marinade. They need more staff tooFood: 3/5

We had lunch here today and it was a disaster! We each had a drink and had the combo for two. The bill came to $73.26 with tip and taxes. All the food tasted the same, the tostadas were wet and soggy, beef cold and tasteless, the paper in the bottom of the plastic serving basket was wet and ripped. Overall, the whole experience was like Disneyland trying to make Mexican food. All of the problems that people complain about in the Bradford location have repeated themselves here. So I ask the question why not fix those problems before opening another restaurant? Our server was Bruno and our Transaction No. 28273 and 108609. We ate in your other location for years and thought this would be the same. It is a real shame that you have even bothered to open up this location in Newmarket. So so so disappointing!!!! We felt so riped off like we had been robbed of our hard earned money eating here!!!! I would strongly suggest that you actually come to the Newmarket location and fix these issues. **To those unsuspecting folks looking for "GOOD" Mexican food please do yourself a favour and don't eat here!!!!! We've been to the Bradford location several times, so we are delighted to see this location opening closer to home. C loved the flautas but was disappointed with the flan. It was more like a cheesecake than a traditional flan. My burrito was bare bones, but so was the price, so that's ok. Could have at least used some salsa! It came pretty cold, but they explained that was because of all of the lettuce in it - and they did warm it up for me. The pork in it was great, but I have to say I don't think i have ever had shredded lettuce in a burrito - I'm not a fan. All that said, La MexiCanada Newmarket has a fantastic menu and we look forward to trying many more selections.
