La Mexicana Minimart & Restaurant

I don’t know if I have COVID or there was just no flavor in all the food I bought. I got the three tacos , 1 burrito and a torta. I am from Illinois so I know good Mexican food when I have it. The salsa is frozen and then thawed out for the day. Messed up you. I’m pretty sure I won’t ever go back. Sorry

Amazing Mexican food & excellent service, very friendly staff. Everything we ordered was made with fresh ingredients in an open kitchen, so you can watch the chef make your order fresh. One of the best Mexican restaurants in the Fox Valley!

Great authentic tacos, rice and beans. Really hit the spot.

First time ordering for the family, got beef, pork and chorizo tacos, Choro-Pollo plate and tamales, and oh man was it amazing. Only thing is you have to order tortillas separately, thankfully we always have some on hand. And the prices can't be beat, 5/5.

Small place, not a big selection of items and is pricey, usually twice the price of regular items. Food was not very tasty either.
