Had a fantastic experience at this store today when going in for a new mattress. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted or needed, just knew what I had wasn't working and had a budget. Joe was very helpful in explaining different factors to consider about a mattress, all the different features, and worked within my budget. He didn't pressure me or try to upsell me, and also gave me plenty of time and space to lay on the mattresses as long as I needed. He explained the delivery and takeaway process for me and I can't wait for my new mattress to come!
Amazing service from Brian. He helped us out with choosing a mattress and any accessories we might need. I know a little bit more about mattresses thanks to Brian. We walked out happy to finally replace our 15 year old bed. Delivery and Everything all taken care of. 100% would recommend buying a mattress here. Don't hesitate. It will be the best decision you make.
Such a great experience buying a mattress and mattress cover from The Brick on Lakeshore East. I had bought one 10+ years ago from The Brick and also had a great experience, so when my husband I were in the market again it came to mind as a place to start our search. I can't speak highly enough of our sales rep, Brian and the Assistant Manager as well. Brian was helpful while shopping and was so responsive to us every after the sale was made, and responded by email within minutes. He even called to tell us he found my 2 year old son's lost toy weeks after it was lost. They were flexible with scheduling our delivery multiple times because our bed from West Elm was delayed several months. When our mattress was delivered the delivery team did a great job, but they did forget to leave the mattress cover. When I called the store they sorted it out right away, had a new one shipped to the store, and when in store for pick up I was refunded $250 because my mattress was now on sale. Oh and the bed is great too, but it's really the incredible customer service that left such a nice impression. Thank you!
We had an amazing experience with Brian Wheeler. I got the bed of my dreams. I suffer a lot from anxiety and Brian helped ensure I felt comfortable and got exactly what I needed to ensure my good nights sleep. Also got a bed for my brother and we are both extremely happy with our purchase. Thank you so much Brian.
Joe was excellent to deal with! He knew his stuff, listened and was very helpful, and he didn’t try to put pressure on me, which I really appreciated. We were done with a good deal in about 20 minutes… perfect! Even my wife was impressed. Thx Joe!
This is full of mattresses from all kind. I visited few other stores before this one, they were all good. But the Brick had something special. An honest Salesman and good selections of mattressesthe most They have a true sale and great package give away We were given ample time to select what we want... I highly recommend this store.
Joe was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Why on earth would you go elsewhere? Got us a great mattress we’re in love with - no hassle whatsoever and no pressure sales. Awesome job.
Brian Wheeler helped me in store and was extremely accommodating and patient with all our questions. Once we finally picked out our favorite mattress, he helped out with deals and delivery options to save us the extra cost! He was so helpful, we made two trips down to talk with him before purchasing the mattress!
5 stars to Brian - very classy salesman. Very knowledgeable. This was the first mattress I ever bought myself and he walked me through it and helped me figure out what to look for what and what I like. Cheers Brian
Joe was courteous. He was really helpful in explaining me all the options and provided me the best deals. I would recommend everyone to look out for him to get the best deals
