I went on a Thursday night to pick up some items that i had ordered.nThe lady at the customer service was nice.nThe employee who really made my experience pleasant was I believe her name is Aurelie.nHer customer service is on point.nVery attentive to small details. Nowadays, a good customer service barely exists.nSometimes you don’t even get the bare minimum but Aurelie 10/10.nShe was working near the fitting room in the back.

went there to get a dress shirt, and when I brought the shirt that I wanted to try on to the lady at the back, she then went and picked a smaller shirt, then when it didn’t fit me because it was too small and my wife asked for the large shirt that we wanted she was met with attitude and total inconsideration. You go there and you spend real money. The clothes are not cheap. You expect to be treated better and I think I know my own shirt size.

Very disappointing experience. Despite being a loyal customer who spent thousands of dollars each year at this store, the combination of high prices, declining quality, and poor customer service has pushed me to stop shopping here entirely. I’ve found other brands that are more stylish, offer better quality, and provide a much better overall experience. I would not recommend this store.

I've bought some XS pants that were too big to me in waist and length and I needed for them to be shortened in length and adjusted to my waist. The time it would've took to make them fit me was too long and i needed them to be done within a couple of days. I really appreciate the seamstress an indian woman who understood my situation and went out of her way to adjust my pants on time with her colleague. It was really kind and professional of her!

Great selection of clothes for different styles. I used to shop at Simons in my 20s and I can still find great pieces more than 20 years later!
