I grew up about 2 or 3 blocks from where this restaurant is located. Had it been there when I made the decision to join the military, I might have stayed home lol. Seriously, I have been able to pass through Defiance a few times due to my job and have made it a point to eat there with my aunt & uncle. I have tried different items on the menu and then I see others plates come out and I want to try that next time. My wife is Mexican-American and cooks old school, the recipes used at La Jaliscience are flavorful and you can tell somebody has put some time into them in the kitchen. It’s not just something plopped out of a can and heated up. My only complaint is someone needs to fix that lady’s hair
My first time and what a modern place for your authentic Mexican food supplies. Also the restaurant in the same building is really good I had chicken Chimichanga it was amazing. Definitely worth a try.
Food was great the wait wasn't super long the ability to order online then pay cash when I picked up my order about 30 minutes later was great
Best, best, best biryani tacos I've ever had. I just wish they weren't 25 minutes away I would have them all the time. I sit here writing this and just thinking about the tacos and I am getting hungry and it's 5:00 in the morning. LOL. But the day that I went I ended up getting some chorizo queso dip it was excellent. I just want to say it again it was so good I cannot wait to go back to Defiance and get tacos again from there. Yum yum yum yum!

"We tried this for the first time today and we're planning on making it a weekly thing!" That was last year but they're still great! Wednesday is $1 taco day and it's hard to beat!

Great local Mexican restaurant if your a fan of home style Mexican food. This isn’t a fast food place but the food is fast, staff is friendly, and the store side is a great addition to the experience. I eat there a couple times a month for lunch
Lots of food alright, but the rice was very bland, and the meat didn't taste like it was seasoned. We won't be back, our go to place is in Paulding from now on.
My favorite place to eat best food in town I'll eat here 3 times a week if not more very cheap food and yes very filling
