I was really disappointed with this agency. The person we dealt with was cold and seemed uninterested by our business. What I found most frustrating though is that before starting business with them we made it clear that we were looking for a “mid-range” type back-pack trip and they said it was not a problem. They then proceeded to send us a travel plan that included hotel rooms that were in the hundreds of dollars (we were headed to a country where a nice hotel costs about 60$). We decided to book the trip ourselves.
