Staff is very welcoming, attentive and doesn’t rush their tables. They’re often checking up on the tables and making sure everyone is enjoying their time. Architecture and design, both in and out is beautiful and inspiring. You feel as if you’re in a different country The food comes at the perfect time and not rushed. Their bar is also a great touch. Seating area upstairs provides beautiful views ! Only downfall was that they didn’t have some desserts we ordered… items they don’t carry or ran out of should be crossed out or mentioned at the table. Would come back
This place has a very nice brunch with a very nice selection of fresh food. The restaurant also has parking for customers. I would recommend making a reservation for brunch on the weekends. They do add on the gratuity to the bill at 20 percent, so be advised on adding that in. They are located in a nice small town with a nice local feel with some good local shops down the block. The dessert in the picture is not made in-house and is of the pre-made variety, but they were still good.
We had a party of 20 and George made sure all our needs were meant. Very accommodating. When he was told one of the guests would like gluten free food it was supplied with no problem. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.Food: 5/5
This place is like a Crown Jewel. Fabulous food. Great service. Beautiful outdoor dining on the banks of the historic Hudson River. Beautiful indoor dining as well with gracious accommodations. My family has eaten here dozens of times and we love the place. Absolutely everything on the menu is good. Best chicken parmigiana anywhere. Terrific peel and eat shrimp. Staff is friendly and courteous all the way up to and including the Chef and the owner whose hospitality was exquisite. They Always always always made us feel welcome. LOVE this place! Brunch was phenomenal. And all other meals were right on the money too. These people know how to run a restaurant and for all intensive purposes make it seem like a palace. Highest possible recommendation for this SUPERB establishment.
This place is awesome for bottomless mimosas. The food at the buffet was also enjoyable. I love coming here with my girlfriends.
We had a wonderful lunch in this beautiful Italian restaurant..The Ambiance,Food and Service were Excellent.The white Sangria was delicious! George our server was attentive, gracious and knowledgeable about the entrees.After a nice stroll around town it was a perfect setting for a lazy Saturday 68 degree weather afternoon in Nyack. We shall return..

Lovely atmosphere, great service and beautiful food. We came for lunch and split the cesar salad and Penne LaFontana. Perfect Italian bread served at the table. The service was prompt and attentive but kept a low profile. The space is bright and full of plants, with old world Italian touches. We loved the music and overall vibe. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
It was immediately apparent upon walking in that they couldn't accommodate our reservation for a party of three. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, and it went downhill from there. The three stars is because the food was good, though overpriced. It would have been four or five stars if the service matched, but the service was a total disaster. We had to flag someone down to ask for a server. I believe it may have been the owner or manager who responded, and he took our order. Well-intentioned as that may have been, I also think it was the kiss of death, because we still really had no server. Everything took too long. There was no follow up to see if we needed anything else or wanted another round of drinks or anything. We had to flag someone down for dessert menus, and then it was a long wait first for the menus, then to order dessert, and finally for dessert to arrive. We asked for the check when dessert arrived, and that was another production. The server who took care of dessert said he was going to comp one of the three desserts because the whole experience had been so rocky. We didn't ask for that. In fact, we hadn't complained at all, he just volunteered it. First, he had the wrong check and we had to tell him what we had. Then he and a female server were obviously having a hard time finalizing our bill in their system. We watched them fuss with it for some time, and suddenly the scene we'd witnessed earlier with another couple and this same female server made sense. We finally received the check and found that they'd added a 20% gratuity on it - for a party of three. That's a lot of nerve, in my opinion. They had no reason to suspect we would stiff them on the tip and I very likely would have left 20% in spite of the chaos, but to have it added onto the bill, especially after admitting that it was not a good customer experience? Unacceptable.
