Called 3 times today and because I spoke English I was hung up by a sparky receptionist 3 times. The third time by number recognition I'm sure. Made zero effort to communicate, gas zero empathy or people skills and you have her at the forefront of your clinic. As one gentleman mentioned in a previous comment, they are new to Quebec. Nice way to greet them !
Receptionist doesn't speak English even if they do and it's kinda rude for new comers like me who still learning French and still not able to speak French. Receptionist are not welcoming and helpful. And doesn't do any effort to entertain the inquiry of the clients and extend thier assistance to help us. So sad with the health care services here in Chambly.
I am surprised there are so many bad reviews about this clinic. I have been there several times now; saw 2 different doctors and both were nice and took time to listen to my medical issue. I had to cancel/update appointments, and the receptionist was helpful. I found the waiting time less compared to the other clinics in my region.
Dr. Gnass is a true hero. He genuinely cares for his patients. Everyone who gives this place a low rating is not accustomed to the system in Quebec. Our system here is not fancy but it works if you work it.
Dr Luc Gagnon hates his job, didn't take time to examine and referred me to a specialist with a year wait list with a little joke about it, when I told him what I have and what I needed. Sociopathic behavior, he should not be practicing. Stay away.
