La CIE Canada Tire

I am a car shop owner and use this place only for alignment. I sent few cars out there because they were doing decent job. Today sent a car for VGA alignment. My fiance delivered the car as always and as always was poorly treated by service advisor. Car alignment was totally off, because bunch of suspension parts replaced and dropped subframe. Grumpy and rude advisor calls me telling they are not able to do alignment and trying to sell some aftermarket adjustable control arms I heard that before too but they managed to do alignment anyway. I checked the printout they did not even try to do anything and start making problems that do not exist. I will follow up this case and do alignment in other place with no special parts. More over the vehicle was extremely dirty after the service. It looks like someone was cleaning his dirty shoes in my carpets. Door panel, steering wheel and start buttons were filthy. Great service and staff! Highly recommend. Was the snowiest day of the year and they were able to fix my tire quickly. Will definitely continue coming here for all my tire needs.

The staff was really professional and accomodating. They waited 15 minutes after the store was closed because I was late for me to pick up what I needed. Thanks a lot!

I've been going to Canada Tire for over 15 years. This year I had a situation where I had to recuperate my summer tires after I had just installed winter tires. Despite having to go through over 20000 tires in storage, Canada Tire was able to recuperate my summer tires. Much appreciated. Special thanks to Myer. Great service.

Honest staff and very reasonable service cost. I had to make an emergency stop for a quick fix on my car while driving through Montreal. The service was very quick and the cost was shockingly reasonable.

I’ve been a Canada Tire Customer for at least 25 years. They are the best ! Whether its tires, brakes or just about any car related issue, they are knowledgeable and can resolve the problem very efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I have had a number of New car dealer issues recently where the merchant was trying to take advantage. Pierrot and or Jeremy were able to bring clarity as to what action if any really had to be performed ! In a nutshell they are professionals !

Staff is friendly and honest but overworked. The prices are very fair and I feel that I am getting a good value for my money. That being said, the wait times are very long even with an appointment and minor mistakes often occur. On several occasions they have ordered the wrong parts for my car so I had to wait for the correct parts to come in. Also, they occasionally forget to check things that I have asked for such as checking the remaining brake life when doing other service. All in all, I will continue to go to this garage because I don't feel ripped off like when I go to a dealership but I am willing to put up with some minor inconveniences.
