One of the best dining experiences in Quebec City. Highly recommend visiting this place. They have a good chicken and waffles with the perfect blend of apple drizzle and blueberries. We also loved the pancakes. The place is a vibe in itself, they place great music , completely helps recreate a sugar shack experience with a modern twist.nnIf you ask them for markers they will let you scribble on their walls letting you leave a memory with them
Came to try the rabbit wings, it was delicious. The Quebec crepe was another good dish if you like something sweet. Also ordered the fat Guy omelette which the omelette was mediocre but the potatoes and the toast were very tasty. Friendly staff and environment
Loved the restaurant and so do most of the people. We got lucky to get a table in the morning slot at 10:30 am without booking in advance, as we saw big line in front of restaurant after we left. The food was amazing, we had waffle and crepe. The ambience is good, the staff is nice. And the coffee is free and refillable. What could you ask for!! Also, you get 15% discount on the side souvenirs shop if you show the bill. The waiter will tell you where the shop is but it’s just on the left of the restaurant. We bought maple syrup from the shop and loving every bite of it.
Great food and service! My friends recommended the rabbit, and it’s so good worth every penny! The waitress is super friendly. We had a great time! Definitely will come back for the rabbit and more delicious food!
We loved our meal so much at la buche that we came back again for dinner the same day! We did like the breakfast/brunch better, but both were great. The service is so good, fast and friendly. If you want to visit here on a weekend I would definitely make a reservation otherwise you might have a wait.nnThe BLT was the best BLT we ever had and we definitely recommend the pea soup! The waffle was so good especially with chocolate!
