This place was a good surprise. If you are heading to Quebec, you should stop bu St. Croix and try this spot .nnNot an upscale restaurant, a very casual place located in a rural town, La boucanerie Del Tonio elevated my expectations when I stopped here. The variety of the menu options is large and sizes are bigger than average, you won’t end hungry.nnFrom appetizers and salads, to burgers, sandwiches, bowls and mains. Ingredients are fresh and cooked at the moment. Chefs here do a really good job when trying to satisfy customers. There are also menu options for mexican food, which were also generous sizes and seems to be well cooked.nnI tries the salads and you could test the quality and freshness of the ingredients, same that happened with the poke bowl.nnBurgers here are extraordinary, with an excellent quality of meat and hand cut fries. The size of the burger is the proper one.nnI would definitely recommend this restaurant if you live in the area or if it falls in your radar while driving to your destination.nnPrice is really affordable, with low prices $30-40 per person that make this location worth it for the quality and amount of food served.

Lovely location and lovely aliments.nnVery good pulled pork, and the mac and cheese is fantastic.nnThis place makes for a good pit-stop on a road trip, it's a perfect spot to fill your stomach with good grub and have leftovers to munch on in the car while enjoying the view.
Hands down the BEST place to go to eat a tasty meal.nnThey smoke their meat themselves thus adding amazing flavour combos to their dishes.nnI had a medium sized smoked meat poutine with generous amounts of meat and cheese curds.nnHonestly I go there once every year and I am always satisfied.
Fantastic view, super friendly and great food. Seriously a gem. HIGHLY recommend! We told the owner to serve us anything since we don't speak French and he prepared a sampler of two sandwiches and poutine. It did not disappoint!
