I recently visited La Bosco Bakery & Café and had a great experience. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy some quiet time with a coffee. The café has a unique charm with its comfortable seating and welcoming environment.nnThe food and drinks were excellent. The pastries and desserts were fresh, beautifully presented, and not overly sweet. You can tell that care goes into the quality of their baking. The coffee was smooth and well-made, pairing perfectly with the desserts.nnWhat stood out most was the friendly service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, La Bosco is a hidden gem in Edmonton that offers great coffee, delicious pastries, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again.
I visited this café bistro and tried the turkey and tomato sandwich with fries, a tomato basil soup, a vanilla latte, and a cinnamon twist. The fries were honestly the standout — really well done and flavorful.nThe turkey and tomato sandwich was simple and decent, but fairly basic and nothing especially memorable. The tomato basil soup was creamy and nicely presented with baked dough over the bowl that you break through, which was fun, although the flavor itself wasn’t anything special.nMy vanilla latte was good and smooth, and the cinnamon twist had nice flavor, though it was a little dry, likely from sitting in the display case.nOne thing I’d love to see added is the option for a cup of soup as a side with sandwiches, since their soup would pair really well with the lunch items. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a casual bite and coffee, with a few small tweaks that could really elevate the experience.

Went to go visit La bosco with my mom today and it was amazing! We ordered 2 cakes, a fries, coffee and an iced matcha latte and they were all very tasty! Cody took our order and was very welcoming, polite and gave great menu suggestions! As well as very quick and speedy service! Great customer service from him! Will definitely be back!
I used to love their almond croissants because they were always generous with the almond filling and the sliced almonds on top. Unfortunately, today’s croissant was a huge disappointment — it had only a few sliced almonds on top and no almond filling inside at all. We drove 15 minutes each way to pick up treats, so it was frustrating to realize after a couple of bites that something was clearly missing. I even had to open it up to check why I couldn’t taste the filling - turns out they gave me a dried croissant for $5.70, what a joke! Customers shouldn’t have to inspect their food before leaving just to make sure it was prepared properly.
