La Belle et la Boeuf

Ambiance was perfect. After all isn’t that so important when we go out! The good music and the energy of happy people was just what we needed. The burgers were very good, the sweet potato fries that I stole from my boyfriends plate were delicious. I had a salad instead of fries and it was very good too. They have some crazy burgers on the menu as well as a great drink menu. We had a pitcher of sangria Petit Capuchon Rouge I think was the name and it was perfect. Also our waitress Jennifer was bubbly and cheerful and the service was excellent.

Amazing place, food was great, a variety of delicious burgers and appetizers, the service was very good and there were a 2 sections one for adults and other for families. I surely recommend to visit this nice restaurant in Saint-Jérôme. 5 starsFood: 5/5

This is a bit of a low score review just based on our order, but we've gone in the past and it was better. Part of this is my fault, I chose the Pac Mac, which is a burger with a bun made of fried mac n cheese. Sounds epic, really is just a mess. You can hold the burger, the mac and cheese had broken off already, so this is more of a fork and knife burger. Overall, even with smoked bacon, the burger lacked seasoning, in the mac n cheese, in the patty, and condiments wise. The patty is a bit bland and meaty, this burger needs some type of sauce that would bring it all together. My wife had the goat burger, which was much better, but in some spots, it didn't have the goat cheese, then it lacked in flavor. The restaurant is very nice looking and the bar is extensive and on display which is very cool. The amount of different burger variations is very good, and we'll definitely return to test the other offerings. Prices are high, but the burger patties are pretty big, the burgers do look epic. The accompanying coleslaw was not to our liking, very bland, nothing discerning to the location, feels like a grocery bought one.

The atmosphere was unique and fun, we went on Tuesday August 9 for dinner. My son had the classic hamburger with cheese and bacon with fries, he love it, my wife had the Montreal poutine, the smoke meat was good but for the price, there wasn't much meat and it could had a little more sauce, for myself I had the Philly hamburger with sweet potato fries excellent, it was excellent the only thing I would say, the meat was a little dry but our overall experience was great, will stop again someday. This is why we're not giving it a 5 . But our waitress Catherine was excellent and paid attention to detail, keep up the good work Kid-friendliness: For the kids, there are plenty of TV'S of sport so they can look at.

The food and dj where really good, but our waitress was the worst. Looking at us and other customers with a disgusted and annoyed face whenever someone asked for something. We wanted to order our food at the same time as our drinks and she refused and said she would come back. We then asked for a heater on the terrace to be turned on and she just looked up and walk away, we had to ask another person a while after. In the end a guy came and tried to turn 4 of them on which none were working. After we paid, she asked us hypocritically if someone was able to turn on the heater, laughed and blamed it on the manager in training. It was honestly a bas experience and of we ever go back and she is our waitress again I will make sure to ask for someone else or leave.

Worst experience ever, after spending over 100$ at this place , the waitress wasn’t nice at all . She make a speech on how we should tip her. Even though we give more than we can for the quality of food we receive. The food were so overpriced for nothing .

Saint Sauveur location is really not on par with their other locations. Service was poor, the manager was rude and arrogant and the food was far from the good standards of their other locations. The St Jerome location is so much better as far as food quality and service.
