Been coming here since they were in Pickering, my masseuse has always treated me well and customized the massage the way I like it. It's asian style massage and it's great.

Horrible experience here. Came in for a 60 minute RMT massage. The therapist was not an RMT. The therapist climbed on top of my back and pushed her knee into my back as part of the massage. I had to ask her to get off. She asked me if I had a back injury. I do not have any kind of back injury, and I told her that. I also told her I've been to so many other spas and had massages with professional RMTs, and never has anyone climbed on my back and driven their knee into my back. Most of the massage was just rubbing and poking, and most of the time she just kept the blanket on and for the short while she took the blanket off, she used baby oil as massage oil. Do not go here!!! This is not a real spa.

Just hungry for money and push their products that are so over-priced. everyone servicing you talking in their own language. Avoid this place.

Went here for a Brazilian... Literally the worst salon/spa experience of my entire life. Showed up early for a 4:00 appointment I had made, and I was placed in one of the rooms to get ready. I wasn't met there for at least another 10 minutes. My wax girl came in and told me it was "really busy today" as she hurriedly set up the wax station (that wasn't set up prior). The girl spread on half the jar of wax like peanut butter on my ENTIRE area. And I mean the entire area - every nook and cranny - not just where there was hair. Then she proceeded to try and wax it ALL off with about two strips of wax paper AT THE SAME TIME. Clearly there was a bit of a language barrier, but me screaming "Stop" should've been clear enough. But she kept pulling at the strips while I was in excruciating pain. She never turned on the lights from the dim, massage-lighting to a more brighter, more suitable one for waxing. I asked her repeatedly to turn on the lights, use smaller strips please, do smaller patches at a time, and she would straight-up ignore anything that came out of my mouth. When she was finished she simply dashed a bit of baby powder all over the area, told me I was finished, and walked out of the room. Then I was charged $62.70 (Their online price is $55, not including tax, and as well there's a mandatory tip). When I got home I discovered an area of burst blood vessels on my hoo-ha that is clearly a side-effect of this aggressive TORTURE. Wouldn't go back ever, and really want to warn everyone to avoid this place at all costs. They ignore your concerns, charge way too much for horrible service, and THERE'S STILL HAIR ON MY LADY BITS.
