Really sad. No staff whatsoever. Had to go to the other end of the store for a changing room. Totally unacceptable. Getting worse with each visit. God awful

Items are good, store is big. But the service can be improved. They are not warm and welcoming-barely greeting you with a smile. Not enough workers checking up on you to see if you need help

Extremely bad customer experience. I was walking towards a register with a hat in hand with the intention of buying it when two senior staff members approached me and asked, “Sir, what are you doing with this hat?” in a very confrontational manner as if I was about to steal it. Their approach made me feel extremely uncomfortable. While I understand these ladies were doing their jobs, treating customers that way is frankly unacceptable. I’m never setting foot in that store again.

There is no customer service anymore in the store. You are pretty much on your own to search and locate items. If you are a standard size, I recommend shopping online.

Very bad customer service, if any at all. Prices are way to high. Surprised they haven't shut this place down a long time ago
