Friendly service at this whole foods market! Nobody was at the flower stand so the female security guard I believe Ashley was her name, went to go get somebody to help me. Then another female helped me to put the 2 bouquets I picked to rewrap it together which was $18 + $7, great price for a beautiful big bouquet!
Very large sitting area food court area. Burrito bar, salad bar, hot food and cold food self serve bar $3.65/100g, and sandwiches. You can get a lunch/meal here but it won’t be on the inexpensive side. Clean washrooms.
Feeling healthy, may delete later I’ve frequented this location for the past five years or so. In this time I’ve always been impressed by the quality of the produce, meats, cheeses, and find the house brand 365 Everyday Value to live up to their namesake If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing shopping experience with everything you need and nothing you don’t, this is your place Also, I find the staff to be particularly cheerful and interested in light conversation which makes your shopping experience even better. I'll keep adding photos to keep you updated on current trends Update from fall 2022, at some point in the last few weeks they increased the parking by 66% from $3 to $5. The good news is that they still reimburse your parking if you spend over $10 I believe
Their mini-tarts are superb. High quality, fine, and delicious! The crust is nice and crispy and the filling is so gooey and yummy. Highly recommend the mini butter pecan tart, lemon tart, and fruit and custard tart. They also have a chocolate shell one with ganache in the middle. Decadent.
I wish I didn't love this place, but I do. They sell beautiful rose bouquets here relatively cheap $20 range I believe, chocolate covered strawberries cost a fortune but they're the best. I honestly don't like much from their bakery a lot of it is often dry or lacks flavor but I love the deli and salad bar area. Costly, but quality. Tonnes of vegan options.
If you're looking for specialty items and organic products this is a great place to shop. Of course prices are higher than a big box store but this a higher end grocery chain. They have a beer and liquor section, some garden plants, and lots to discover. #letsguide #covid
I love this place. So much variety. I always called this store "Whole Paycheck" do to being very expensive and fancy. Though lately have been finding some good deals on produce, soap, bread, jam, frozen meats.. etc. Excellent variety of plant based options too.
Good shopping experience. Often good sale prices. The staff is friendly. They answer questions and will take you to the right place when you are looking for something. The quality of produce is definitely good. They also have good varieties of organic fruits and local fresh fruits. You can find many many kinds of breads. We buy the Amaranth bread and sometime Buckwheat bread. And they will slice it for you at the bakery. WFM has excellent sea food and meat departments. This year we tried their ready made hamburgers. The hamburgers were very good. The meat does not have additives. We also like the bakery and the deli. And now they have started the buffet again. It is generally reasonable. We like shopping here and now a days we shop here for food. The prices are competitive compared to Save on Foods and Safeway. And, WFM has excellent sales every now and then. Watch for their 25% off supplements sale in Aug/Sep.
It's hard to find a store in Vancouver with a good health food section, and have it near a train station so that you can actually get to the store without a car. Whole foods has both. Plus it has a great selection of all the other grocery store items you may need, and a coffee shop upstairs. There are lots of other stores in the area to shop at, as well.
Workers are very friendly and pleasant but the food area where you eat is never clean. The chairs are really dirty they need a good soapy wash. The white mesh ones at the wooden table.
