Amazing service. Employees are polite and cordial. They know what they're talking about. Love my new pair of Birkenstock sandals. Hopefully they will last me a good 6 years like my previous pair that just died. I will go back in the fall to get a pair of their sneakers for sure.
Good quality shoes I have been buying from them for at least 4 years ... although I must say the service is unfortunately not up to their standard of shoes. I speak from experience This is the third time I leave disappointed with the attitude of one of the tall male staff members. Will not come back unless I see Someone else ! Thanks
If you have Bunions or hammer toes you have to go to this place, High quality German shoe products ! Great selection extremely knowledgeable staff, my sales person had himself bunions so he knows what Bunions clients have to go through !,however as you know bunion shoes are very expensive!
My experience wasnt good at all. The sales person had a lot of ego, I'm not sure why, he didn't really seem to care to help. The person at the counter who deals with payment didn't tell me that I can not return my shoes, which apparently is their policy. I tried the shoes at home and decided that my feet couldn't take the new soles birkenstock. I returned them and the sales person refused to give me my money back. Pointing to a paper that says "no money back" . That's almost $200 that they just keep! After arguing back and forth, the sales person wrote down a credit. A credit that I do not want to spend with these rude people. Wow, in 2018, merchants can do what they want, just wow. So now they have their goods back AND my money. Good for them!
Best selection of Birkenstocks I've ever seen with a really knowledgeable staff. Definitely the best place to go for Birkenstocks in Montréal. They also have great tips and products for the care and maintenance of your sandals
I love my Birkenstocks and this is THE place to get them, then have them maintained. Service is top notch, with people to truly care about what they do.
Nice little shop that has outdoor goodies, especially shoes. I bought beautiful alpaca socks here, super comfy and warm for winter.
They did not have great or an immensely collection, however their service to fit and adjust the shoes to customers seemed really great.
Orthopedics shoes. Very expansive.. asking some shoes around 250$ per pair. But it was made at Germany.
Great place to go if you want some comfortable sandals. Very warm and friendly shop.
