I wish I could choose 0 star or even minus star, horrible service. Specially when you need a after sale service. Not only the staff service is bad but the manager even worst, how could a big company hire someone like her to in-charge the store. Horrible Horrible Horrible. BTW, the manager's name is Bianca.
SECOND TIME WENT TO THE STORE, STILL REALLY BAD BAD BAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE STAFF WHO HELPED ME FIND THE PRODUCT WAS NICE BUT THE SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER WOMEN WHO CAN SPEAK MANDARIN WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT ATTITUDE. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. NEVER!!!!!!

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is pretty big. Price is normal. Serve speed and check out speed is pretty fast. Credit cards accepted. Employees are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Located inside Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available.
