Great place to visit with a nice Weather, great to take a quick image of the city. You need to make reservation online and the ticket increases to $14.75 per person. The view is great but if there are more English descriptions, that would be better.
It was cool but I put 4. It’s a nice place for all ages. It is not far from old town. It’s All seasons and weather attraction. The price is affordable- 15CAD You can use all enters to get there. 2 restrooms are there lobby and 31 floor. A few tables and seats are there. Some confused moments: -in June is open 4 days a week - except weekend! But Why?! -You must get tickets online BUT no wi-fi is there!!! Be prepared if you don’t have an internet connection. -site is on French. It’s so tricky to buy ticket there. -this place is not advertised properly. -you need to take an elevator to 31 floor. Only 2 of them go there. Pay attention! No signs are there!
Best destination to see the old Québec City. The round and circular but wide passage is the building make the observation awesome. If you are making a video clip from the tower, you do not need to pause your camera. I visited with my family and friends. The kids refuse to get back leaving the amazing scene and the horizon of the big river.
I visited there to have a view of the Quebec city from top. It was great but if you compare with the view from CN tower or any other tower than you will be disappointed. It is not a tower but a building. The view is from 31st floor. Tickets in summer is 5$ till Sept 5th, So we went there, else not worth spending more money on the tickets. Need to book tickets in advance.
Wonderful views! I went in 2012. It gives you a 360 degree view of the city and surrounding areas. If I remember correctly, it was about $10 to access. I highly recommend it. It gives a great overview of where my ancestors lived and why they picked this area to settle. You can see for many miles in all directions. Nice view of the layout of the Citadel and of the Quebec Bridge. Lots to see in the immediate area also.
I went to this place during the Thanksgiving weekend and the view from top is beautiful especially during fall. The cost is about $15 and we take an elevator to reach the top. We get different views from the four sides of the building. All the views are different from one another. I would recommend to visit this place in fall.

The views were pretty amazing, tho I'd recommend not going on a cloudy day. They have student pricing that turned out quite reasonable. I loved the labels, as if you could see 700 km you could see Toronto, or 5000 to Anchorage. They had other city's like Paris, New York and Moscow. Opposite to the view they had random trivia, I was surprised to see which country drank the most alcohol.
A must visit when your around Old Quebec City. This observatory offers 360° tour and you get to see the entire Quebec City. Their walls are filled with historical pictures all in French words. Having a tour guide is a great help to learn more about their history.
Very nice place..i took like thousand picture! The poace is gorgeous... you have to spend time there..not a look and go on...when you observe closely..you can see wonders! I loved it
