Friendly and efficient service.

Very nice flowers, timely delivering...but lack of attention to detail and communication.  I ordered a half dozen flowers ($68.00) on Friday and told the lady what I wanted the card to say.  On Monday my plan had changed a bit and it was VERY important for the card to be changed.  I called the lady and told her I needed to change what the card said and that it was VERY important.  Long story short, the card was never changed and my plan went in the crapper.  This was a very simple request...especially for the price paid here.  I ordered a dozen (very nice flowers and a dozen instead of a half) at the superstore same day for $25.00, delivered for $8.00. No hassles. You be the judge.
