A total disappointment! In addition to having my hair burned, I wanted brown, I came out with a color, if I can call it a reddish orange color... I asked if my hair could be damaged, I was assured that no, I don't want to reveal the name of my hairdresser, I don't want to harm her either! What would have been correct to do in this kind of situation is at least not to let me play full blast!!!!! Diane gave my sister and me excellent care. We were both post-op and needed our hair washed. She took care of our head gently. A lady who treats her clients with great humanity and kindness.

Great service! Competent and really friendly hairstylists!nI understand why this salon is so popular! nJulie, one of the hairstylists, immediately understood what I wanted and was able to reassure my daughter who was afraid of having her hair pulled! She's experienced, and it shows!
