This is to thank the Rona team for the excellent service and for finding a quick and satisfactory solution to the snowblower that we recently purchased there. All in all, friendly and knowledgeable staff, from floor people to delivery guys and of course the management.

Very poor service. After buying a light switch that was missing parts. Tried to return the item and service clerk basicly called me a liar and told me I should look before buying. As if you open every box you buy....

For 6$ they lost a customer...
