Merçi to everyone who's helped me at this wonderfully staffed place. The ladies at the pro service counter are just wonderful. The guys on the floor know their stuff and are ready to help or point you to the right person or aisle. Makes my job so much easier.
Great experience. I was looking for white caped screws for the railings on my deck and found them here. In fact, one of the personel stopped what they were doing and led me right to them. The store is very strict about following Covid rules which I am very happy about.
Spoke with customer service regarding online order that was the be delivered in a couple days. They were unable to remove item wood or add item wood even tho I called the store and they had those items.nnWasn't able to cancel or refund order either. Useless.nnYou'd think they could help when you are paying over a thousand for items/delivery.

I bought a laundry machine and a dishwasher for 2500 CAD in june, 27th, 2019.nAfter 3 failed deliveries with a mysterious cancellation with no phone call no explanation from their side, I decided today, August 1st, to cancel all my order as RONA did not respect their COMMITMENT. I should have surely cancelled before, but I gave them a chance...il reveals that they are not able to satisfy their clients: delivering a dishwasher is too hard work for them!nIn total I took 3 days off waiting for my machines, and spent almost all day on the phone to ask for explanation and apologie: All I had was a very unclear version, no apologie at all, the operators of Service Apres Vente were all rude and impolite: one was saying yeah yeah while eating her sandwich and chatting with collegues, they even made fun of my situation and were laughing at me.nThis afternoon I went to RONA ENTREPOT to finish my cancellation process: the staff litteraly threw on my face a so-called 'gift card' with a condition to sign a document. The doc tells that if you sign it, you should abandon any possible legal proceeding to which i said no. I refused to sign the paper. I am totally free of my own action. I will continue to write comments of this very bad experience and possibly consider a further proceeding with an attorney...nnConclusion: I DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANYONE. And I will post other details...
