The gift shop was very nice. The items were very unique, the service was fantastic!

I always love visiting L'Empreinte. I take my time to browse around to find out new piece made by québécois artists. Their selection is fantastic, and I often find authentic gifts for friends and family.

Excellent customer service! The owner worked with me to get just the right size coat and ordered out to the coat maker for my size - got it within two days. This shop is run by incredibly kind people, and it sells gorgeous locally-made merchandise. Highly recommended! Hats off to the owner who spoke excellent English

I love buying souvenirs and different types of things when I am on vacation. If only every country had gift shops with local artist merchandise, which was extremely well made I would be in heaven.
