L'Attitudes Studio

Leish is one of the best colourists I have ever gone to, she is better than some of the most experienced, expensive colour professionals in Toronto, Las Vegas and New York that I have been to. I would recommend Leish as one of the best colourists.

After trying out three different places in Collingwood after moving here, I finally found someone who can actually do hair! Kendra is not only amazing at hair, she has a fun personality and is easy to talk to! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a great cut and/or color!

I would like to start by saying the service I received was fantastic. I ended up at this salon because I had coloured my hair a little too dark last time, I also wanted to try something a little different with the colour. I need to tell you, I am hair illiterate, with very thick and somewhat curly hair. This makes me extremely paranoid about having a new stylist cut, let alone colour my hair. I walked in filled with apprehension and nerves, this was quickly put to rest as Kendra and I discussed what I wanted to have done. She listened,asked questions to make sure she understood, because as I said, I know very little about trying explain what I want in the correct terms. Once we started with the two colours I wanted and cut I was pretty well completely at ease. Kendra and the other staff looked after me and made feel like I had been coming there ages. I left with my hair exactly the way I had wanted it. I will definitely be going back regularly, it is worth the drive to get there. I highly recommend making an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

I booked an appointed 6 weeks in advance for a wedding I was attending. I specified I wasn't sure if I wanted an up do or curls, I wanted to see what the weather was like for that day. When I arrived the stylist (woman) informed me that she could not do an up do of any kind and that i asked for curls, which is untrue. They also said they called me back and told me their other stylist up and quit (which I don't blame, based on the attitude I got that day) no one called me and told me that. I left the salon, because I did not want a head full of curls on the extremely hot day. I called every salon in collingwood and no one was available. I went back to l'attitudes and she told me my spot had been taken (not 5 mins later) and to come back at 2, it wasn't even that my spot had been taken, the customer service was atrocious and I've never been treated with such disregard before. I was very frustrated and left the salon. I ended up doing my own hair, which looked great, but was looking forward to spooling myself with a style I couldn't have done myself. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
