I cannot get Honda to replace a damaged wheel on my new car. The wheel was damaged from the brakes falling off of car since it was purchased. Brakes fell off car with less than 2000 km on vehicle. Honda Canada will not change the rim. This is unacceptable. This is my First and last Honda I will ever Purchase. I don’t recommend purchasing a Honda vehicle if you need a reliable vehicle with reliable service. 2 months have passed and despite many phone calls I am getting nowhere with L’ami Honda on progressing the situation. I am not impressed.
We encountered an emergency on our way back to Toronto when stones got lodged in both back wheel rotors. The team at L'Amie Honda was exceptional. They understood our predicament and resolved the issue within an hour. Special thanks to Jeremy Noel, who found a manufacturer bulletin acknowledging this common issue and offered to order the replacement part. Their fluency in English made communication easy, and they kept us well-informed throughout the process. A heartfelt thanks to the entire service team for getting us back on the road so quickly.
No english speaking staff, not their problem.
The service I’ve received from this dealership was absolutely AWFUL. I would never recommend buying from this dealership. Especially if you are English speaking. I CANNOT wait to get rid of the vehicle I purchased from them so I never have to deal with the ignorance ever again. This places is horrible.
