I have used L A Tax Service for many of years and always had a pleasant experience. They are very professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend their service to others!

I was assured that they would be ready to file within 24 hours which was great because Iwas leaving town in 4 days I would sign them before I left. After 3 days they still were not done, I called and told them not to do them as I would be leaving town and unavailable to sign them. They called 2 days after I left saying they were done, but I had told them to shred my information when I called the last time. Now I am getting calls telling me I owe them money, which I will not pay as they were told clearly NOT to prepare my taxes and did anyways. Not a good experience at all, do not LIE to customers, especially when they clearly explain a deadline.

If I could rate at 0 stars I would! They finished my taxes without interviewing me, so I had them amend it but they tried charging me for that when they didn't do their job right. Now I have to pick them up and pay somebody else to do my taxes a second time. Boy oh bot did they lose me as a customer!!!
