Extremly busy on Mother’s day! Luckily, I ordered a few days in advance to avoid the traffic. I ordered a bouquet with my preferred colour themes. The staff was absolutely amazing. They prepared my order in advance. The day of, they had it at the front. I only came to pick it up. It was very packed but I didn’t have to wait too long. The bouquet came out beautiful. Exactly what I expected. I recommend this place. They know what they are doing, they are very sweet and they are professional!
Always get my bouquet fix from Kyoto Fleurs. Their flowers are beautiful! What's more, the staff is extremely friendly, make beautiful floral arrangements based on the client's tastes, all while adjusting based on your suggestions. I've never been dissapointed when consulting with them for the right bouquet for the right occasion. Even on Valentine's Day, with a little lineup, they remain super organized, and friendly. What's more, on less busy days, Kyoto Fleurs is such a pleasure to stroll around in with its beautiful wooden furniture, cozy setting, and great selection of plants.

My boyfriend ordered me 6 red roses and all of them had black on them already when they were delivered. The decorative leaves were yellowing and the small white flowers fell off as soon as I put them into a vase. Origami even had wrinkles and untidy creases. The owner should feel ashamed to send out dead bouquets!

They prepared and delivered the flower arrangements for our wedding in late 2019 and we were so happy with it. Flowers were beautiful and they respected our budget. The shop is super cute. I love getting my flowers there.
Best flower variety and arangents on mont-royal avenue. Amazing service. If you are looking for something they'll do theyr possible to get it for you. I ordered freesias for my mom's birthday sins they are her favorite flowers. They arrived for the day we asked them, fresh and fragrant. Thank you, you made my mom's day eaven more special

I ordered two bouquets for Valentine's Day and while one was delivered nice, the quality of the other one was terribly lacking. I reached out and they were quick to apologize and resolve the issue promptly. Great customer service.
