Female answering phone sarcastic and condescending . I had questions about having a full truck mixed load delivered. When I finished the call she continued to complain about my questions to her colleagues without putting the phone down! We have found another supplier we will be purchasing a truck load from. They have far better customer service and their reviews are excellent!
Fast service, great for rock, skip for soil, and delivery driver needs better aim. Driver loaded my organic lawn soil on top of 1/3 of my pea stone… see photos. I definitely did not want more rocks in my soil. My soil is made up of a lot of rocks and large sticks see pics. There was heavy rain on the day of delivery so I’ll need to mix it somehow after it dries but that’s not their fault. I grabbed a handful of the soil and what I found most were sticks and rocks. Go buy the bags of soil from the stores but if you need rocks go to Kynock. Am I satisfied? Yes for pea stone. No for soil.nnJuly 25: Updated photos of the soil on my lawn… it’s mostly rocks… idk how you grow grass in rocks
I wouldn't usually write a review, especially a bad one.nWe have called and gotten Rhonda before she is absolutely lovely however there is another lady there, that is extremely rude and unkind. While we were asking questions about the process of getting a dump truck of product delivered, she actually laughed at us instead of answering a simple question. Trying to make someone feel small/stupid is no way to speak to someone. She also has a habit of cutting you off while you speak. Her customer service needs some serious improvement - and because of her, we have taken our business elsewhere.
i called, spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, ordered what i needed. i asked for it to be delivered in a specific spot. was told they would have to see weather pending and viola-it was delivered exactly where i needed it. could not be more happy!
Always get my landscaping materials here. Fair prices, quality product, quick delivery and excellent customer service especially Rhonda!
