Almost every week i do pickup plywood for west. Staff is super nice and helpful
I install their engineered siding on a new garage and the sliding must contain materials that are attractive to rodents. Porcupines have eaten the bottom part on a good portion of the perimeter of the garage. If you live in an area with frequent rodents I would not recommend this siding. Also I have tried to contact this company several time with no respond.
This is a terrible product. ECO Siding Product expands and contracts as per the weather. Installed as per 2019/2020 specifications....product expanded more than the specified spacing. Expansion of the product resulted in buckling of the product. Issued complaint, sent in requested documentation as per manufacturer, however they have ghosted me. I have tried to contact KWP for the last couple of years.......they have yet to contact me to deal with their defective product. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LP Lap Siding is a far superior product.
Update: May 2, 2023…Company has still ignored my warranty claim and no response to this Google review. Update April 18/23….: received a contractor’s quote of over $50,000 to replace the KWP defective siding and the KWP has ignore my complaint filed 9 moths ago under their 15 year guarantee. SO…….Consumer Beware! My siding began to deteriorate after 10 years despite 15 year written guarantee.. KWP has not responded to my claim filed even after I sent them proof of the poor performance of the siding finish. Current option is to file a complaint with the ON. consumer protection branch and/or go to court to get them to live up to their guarantee. The photos of deteriorating siding speak for themselves…save yourself the disappointment….. FIND ANOTHER SIDING COMPANY…note similar Google reviews.
