I liked. They let me test drive a few vehicles, and I ended up buying my last car from there. I have only driven it for 4 days and have been away from my car up North @ work. KWA has a really great staff. As soon as I walked in the lot Rachel and Amy were really helpful and looked around everywhere for something that matched my wants/needs. I found a car that I really love and they gave me a great deal on it, including warranty. There were a few issues with the vehicle registration but they got it sorted out very quickly and they were all very nice about it. It was a really warm day and they gave me and the people I brought with me freezies and water and were just really attentive. Something about the car didn't work and I realized it about an hour after purchase so I called the store and Rachel promised me they would cover it and they were all in all just really great. Way better than a normal dealership and lovely to deal with.
We live four hours north of Kamloops and stumbled upon this dealership online. Both my son and my daughter found the perfect car here. and with Rachel's help, were able to get a really honest and accurate assessment of the vehicle from quite a distance away. There were no surprises when we arrived to view the cars in person, except maybe that Rachel and Mike were even nicer and more accommodating than we imagined they would be. I have been and will continue to recommend this place to my friends and family up here.
