I had an unpleasant experience during the application process. I almost gave up with my application. But everything was changed because I am with consultant Mr. Gavin Burell, very professional in dealing with me and my preference. He always make sure the preferred availabilities were met as much as possible and always communicate and update for any changes. It is Gavin that makes me continue giving my availabilities as he worked hard to find shift for my available dates. He answers promptly to my querries. I am giving five star beause of him. The payroll services though was very hard to contact and the people there seem very busy as the telephone line was always busy. Still giving this 5* because I am satisfied and happy with the overall Services. Afterall, we cannot perfect everything, and though there is imperfections, what matters most is the satisfaction rendered to clients. And I am satisfied and happy with my experience. Hazel is just a lovely bubbly lady to work with, she’s tactful, intelligent, helpful and, a good communicator, she has got a very good and, fantastic personality. I had minor issues with Staffing Professionals when I made changes with my payroll account from Umbrella to Limited, fortunately, Paul stepped in and assisted me with my concerns and I was happy with the resolution. I am with Staffing Professionals for nearly a year now and I don’t see any reasons for leaving. Also, I would like to give a shoutout to the following people; Arnold, Alex, Dhaval, for doing a great job in responding to my questions via whatsapp, in a timely manner. Keep up the good work! I would also like to mention that the hospitals that I’ve worked with Staffing Professionals are all pleasant experience and I’ve met many good people. For that reasons, this will be 5/5 star rating.
I have worked as a paediatric ICU nurse for many years and have been agency with Staffing Professionals for over 10 years. The consultants are both dedicated and professional and I can get hold of them either by phone or whattsapp at any time of the day. They find work promptly, have good relationships with the hospital bank systems and always return favours or requests immediately. They cater to your exact needs in a very personal manner and it makes you feel valued. The registration is simple and the compliance team are easy to work with. Pay is weekly and is on time flawlessly. Payroll are magnificent and there to help with any queries, however simple they may be. I would highly recommend their expertise in finding any nurse or allied healthcare worker with the best job that tailors to their individually specific needs.
