Thought I would give this place a try as its close to my house, very disappointing visit and will not return. I got a mani pedi with basic polish on toes and a clear top coat on hands which came to $90 before tip. At the start i explained i really wanted to give my nails a break and just wanted them back to natural. This was addressed with disapproval from 2 techs that spoke to me as if I was doing something wrong by not getting the shellac polish. I continued to explain why I didn't want shellac but felt like I was being upsold which made for an awkward hour. My pedicure tech didn't trim, file or shape my toe nails at all, as for my hands...the pictures speak for themselves. When I asked to speak to a manager I was rudely told that they aren't in until 3:00 and would call me later. I went back in after work and was brushed off and given a $10 gift card as compensation.
Just moved to Okotoks and was in dire need of a nail fill. I walked into K&C Nails and they were very professional and accommodating. Being my first visit I asked questions to get to know the place and really appreciated Crystal’s help with understanding a bit about the Ownership, found out she was the daughter of the Owners, which I love as I know I’m supporting small business owners. Megan got my nails back in tip-top shape in record time, I really appreciate her ability to do a great job in a short amount of time. Great experience and I will definitely be back!
Julie usually does my nails here. She does a lovely massage of my legs and feet for a pedicure and my nails always look great. I feel very comfortable in K AND C nails and have been going for many years. I like the friendliness, Julie always chats to me, and the other staff are great too. I highly recommend them.
This is my go-to place. They always do an amazing job and take their time!!! Anthony and Megan great, so talented and sooo friendly — they did me and my friends nails today and they look absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you guys for always giving us such a great experience every time we come in

I just got my nails done. A full set with art. Honestly I couldn’t be happier. The spa is very clean. The staff is amazing and their quality of work is excellent. I just had a baby and brought him with me. they helped so much when he got a bit fussy. They were just so compassionate and caring. I’ve just moved to okotoks and I know where I’ll be going all the time!! Thank you so much!
Julie did an amazing job on my mani pedi. It was very relaxing and she made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and pleased with the results. I will definitely return.
I had a shellac pedicure by Julie. Wonderful experience! Left with smooth feet, pretty nails and feeling relaxed. Julie was very lovely to talk to also. Highly recommend!
First time visiting K & C Nails Spa. I went for a nail fill for solar nails and design on all 10 nails. Anthony was my nail technician. He was very pleasant and did a great job. I will be making this my go to place from now on!
It was my first and last visit there. I requested a pedicure ice package. The massage felt hurried and was not pleasant. It was completed in less than 15 minutes. I observed her returning the nail dryer to the shelf next to the wall after she had finished using it without sanitising it. So, all of my and I guess previous clients fungus and viruses persisted there. I inquired if they sanitise it, and she replied that they do, but they only do it after as its busy now. After five minutes, a different woman took my used nail dryer and gave it to a different customer. Pricy and no hygiene
