Employees really know their products and give you great recommendations to help you choose the best blend for you. All their products except for limited edition teas are available in different sizes which is nice if you prefer to try multiple flavors in small portions before investing in 100gr or 200gr. You can also smell all the teas which is really helpful to choose. Herbal teas are also available.

I love this boutique. The salespeople are really pleasant know all the products sold. I know this may seem like a given to some people but really...oftentimes Google is more helpful than the guy in the store. The space is really nice, clean, serene. Beautiful tea boxes line the walls. You can smell the tea before you buy it while you sip one of the teas being offered for tasting for the day. The boutique doubles as a tea salon where you can buy iced tea and a few sweets to go with it.

Top quality tea with the price that goes with it but you can tell the difference in taste! Friendly and competent staff who can always teach you a thing or two about tea Very neat store where I'd waste hours sniffing all their blends on all their shelves. The brand is available in many stores throughout the city but this is the flagship store, where they hold really all of Kusmi's blends. PS: there's always a different tea to try in store!

We don't go often, but certainly about 3 times a year we make a special trip to this store. We love the branding and the teas are really great. Only there my husband can find the flavours of tea that he likes. More and more grocery retailers started to offer limited selections of Kuzmi teas in recent years. Many of them are much closer to our home, and prices are the same. But nothing beats the selection and service of the Kuzmi Tea Montreal on St-Denis.

One of my favourite tea shops. The quality is outstanding and lots of variation. The shop is very nicely decorated and the service is excellent. If you are a tea lover like myself, I highly recommend Kusmi Tea.

This is the best tea store ever! The staff were so lovely and answered all our questions. They also never hovered while we just wanted to browse. It was a perfect shopping experience.

A beautiful store for the avid tea lover. Very clean and open inside. All of the tea is arranged along the outside walls so it's very spacious and relaxing inside. There were free samples and optional gift wrapping available as well. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Kusmi teas are very Russian- and French- inspired flavoured teas with fruit and flower flavourings. Their roiboos selection is also wonderful try rose roiboos. The staff is a bit stand-offish, but they will offer you hot tea as you walk in and let your browse undisturbed until you need to ask a question.

Gram-for-gram, this tea is actually in the same price range as David's Tea, you just can't buy it in as small quantities. But the quality is much, much better, the flavours much more sublime and memorable, and the tins are so beautiful. My favorites include St Petersburg, Rose green, Prince Wladimir, and in the sub-brand Lov Organic the Almond Rooibos

The service that I received from Pierrick was the best that I received from this store, although the service is already Exceptional. The tea is one of the highest quality that I ever found in Montreal you should really go shopping there for your tea.
