I’ve gone to plenty of Kungfu Tea locations but this is by far the worst location. I keep giving them chances but they disappoint every time. I don’t know if they use spoiled ingredients on the regular basis or have a bad food&safety practices but this is the first location to make me drinks that I just couldn’t enjoy and had to dump out. All the milk teas I’ve ordered in the past were unpleasant and went in the trash. The last visit, I found a big blob of dark brown unknown substance in my yogurt drink that made me sick. I usually order on the app but they still take forever to fulfill the order. Unfortunately after this last incident, I will not be returning.
So glad to see this opened up right next to where I live! I've never been a fan of KFT, but in woodbridge, the choices are limited. The staff were super friendly and nice, the drinks are what you'd expect from any other KFT. I would definitely stop by again and when I have a craving!
Every time I come here, even when j mobile order nearly and hour prior, my drinks are never ready. The workers give extreme attitude and get in their feelings if you have separate mobile orders. They’re behind in making everyone’s drinks and aren’t apologetic about it. Really rude workers and poor service. I’ve been coming since they opened and every time it’s been a disappointment.
My first time trying bubble tea. Loved it!! The place was crowded so had to wait a bit. The staff was friendly. May be can be a little more helpful to new comers to give suggestions.
I had an excellent experience coming to this location for the first time! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The store was very clean and so were the bathrooms. I got the mango snow with mango jelly and they made my drink to perfection. I am very happy to know that there is a KFT in Woodbridge! I will always make a stop here when I am in the area and craving4 boba tea! :
Apparently, they’re making it much sweeter now because it’s intolerable. We order the same thing every time and now it’s disgusting. Told them about it after the second occurrence and they stated “must be the person making it.” Didn’t even offer a partial refund or discount after we wasted $60. Will not be going back.
So excited to have KungFuTea located in Woodbridge, VA. So happy that I can get all of my Boba cravings from here The staff is amazing and cannot wait to bring more friends to this location!

I would start by saying that the app is terrible. I placed an order for delivery on the app and it sent it to the wrong location, I called the Woodbridge location to cancel the order or transfer the order to my location but none of the staff could cancel the order and wouldn’t call their manager until Monday. Why will you be open if you cannot do anything when there is an order issue?? I had to call Grubhub to get it delivered. The wait was extremely long and the worst my order came damaged, the cups were not sealed properly and all the juice was leaking. I’m very disappointed. I will never order from the app and that Woodbridge 4160 merchant plaza needs to train the staff better when dealing with order issues, someone with the ability to take care of this kind of issues needs to be present at all time.
If you order ahead using the app, expect your order to never be ready on time. I have never had a good experience when coming to this Kung Fu Tea, but it is is the only one in the area. This most recent visit, I placed an online order and only one drink was made out of three, as is they forgot to make the last two. Additionally, wearing gloves is apparently not a requirement for workers making the drinks and makes me cringe just thinking about the potential germs. A plus is that the workers have always been polite.
