Ian Moes is a conflicted lawyer with an extreme lack of personal ethics and professionalism. When fabrication and conflicts of interest are the norm you have to wonder how Ian passed the bar exam ?

I have filed a complaint with the Canadian Bar Association against Ian. Do yourself a favour and
hire another firm.

I incorporated with Ian and had an awesome experience. The entire office has a very professional and classy feel. Ian was polite with me and my wife and made us feel comfortable with a few jokes and conversation. He was very efficient and I always refer my clients to Kuhn.

Ian Moes contacted our company on behalf of his law firm to conduct mutual business. I found him to be unprofessional condescending and mean-spirited. He went out of his way two cancel our business deal and then publicly commented online citing that our company was to blame. Was disappointed from this experience with Kuhn LLP as a result. Despite our efforts to repair the relationship Ian was unreceptive.
