I had lunch with a friend today, and it reminded me why this spot has been a long‑time favorite in Ottawa. The menu is extensive, yet the quality is always consistent—from the classic General Tao to gluten‑free choices and the ever‑reliable souvlaki. Portions are generous without being excessive.nnThe service has that warm, old‑school hospitality: attentive without hovering and genuinely welcoming. Even during busy times, food arrives promptly and the staff stays cheerful.nnThe space is bright and inviting, with a patio that’s perfect in warmer months. It’s the kind of place you can visit with family, coworkers, or friends, knowing everyone will find something they enjoy.nnA dependable, well‑run Ottawa staple that continues to live up to its reputation.
Vicky our server was excellent! She was polite, helpful and full of Christmas spirit. She shared the history of the restaurant as well.nThe food, pizza, Shanghai Noodle and lasagna was amazing. The servings were so ample we were glad we only ordered crispy fries as an appetizer for the three of us. I lost count of the shrimp and chicken in the monstrous mound of noodles, pepper, and onions. Definitely could feed 2 people. The lasagna was baked in a single serving dish. Cooked to perfection.nDefinitely will return to this establishment for more great food.
Delicious food with a wide variety of options from pizza and pasta to Middle Eastern dishes. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the service is friendly. A great spot for family meals or casual dining in Ottawa.
I was very impressed with the service and food. The location is clean and has lots of parking the menu is on the smaller side. The pizza is fantastic! Its thin saucy and has an amazing quality cheese. I normally dont like pepperoni underneath the cheese but they did a great job. The zucchini sticks were a good portion size and were crispy and flavorful. My second visit I tried the bacon pizza and sweet chili chicken bites. They were delicious and not too spicy
I wanted to take my girls to the best pizza in town, I did my research and KS kept showing up. It's close to where I live, so we wnt to try it out.nnWe started with the calamari, it was perfect! Light, crispy and perfectly cooked. Next ky daughters had the Hawaiian pizza, and I had the Mediterranean with Anchovies.nnThe pizza was amazing! I prefer thinner, lighter crust so those was perfection for me. The toppings were fresh, and high quality. These cheese was amazing and they didn't skimp on the Anchovies!nnFor dessert we had the cookies and cream oreo cheesecake!nnThe friendly service, great food and proximity has gained KS a new customer!!
