I wanted to take my girls to the best pizza in town, I did my research and KS kept showing up. It's close to where I live, so we wnt to try it out.nnWe started with the calamari, it was perfect! Light, crispy and perfectly cooked. Next ky daughters had the Hawaiian pizza, and I had the Mediterranean with Anchovies.nnThe pizza was amazing! I prefer thinner, lighter crust so those was perfection for me. The toppings were fresh, and high quality. These cheese was amazing and they didn't skimp on the Anchovies!nnFor dessert we had the cookies and cream oreo cheesecake!nnThe friendly service, great food and proximity has gained KS a new customer!!
Delicious food with a wide variety of options from pizza and pasta to Middle Eastern dishes. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the service is friendly. A great spot for family meals or casual dining in Ottawa.
I went to KS on the Keys recently and the food was fantastic, especially the breaded shrimp. They were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, without being heavy or greasy. You can tell they use fresh shrimp and fry them with care because every bite had that perfect crunch.nnThe real star, though, is the sauce that comes with it. It’s not just a basic dip—it’s rich, tangy, slightly sweet, and has just the right amount of kick. It pairs so well with the shrimp that I found myself using it on fries and even bread just to enjoy more of it.nnKS on the Keys has a warm atmosphere and great service, but honestly, their breaded shrimp and sauce alone make the visit worth it. Easily one of the best dishes on the menu and a must-try.
Came in for lunch and ordered the salmon. it was undercooked and looked microwaved, not grilled. I told the waitress, and when they took it back to cook it more, it came out no better. Honestly, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The cups and plates were dirty, clearly not washed properly, and the place seemed very poorly managed.nnMy bill came to $33.00. I asked for change back in a $5 bill since I needed it for myselfnFor laundry since my condo I live in only takes 5.00 bills. I had a $10 ready to leave as a tip when she got back . Instead, the waitress came back and dropped the change on my table in quarters and loonies, which felt petty and unprofessional and childish I honestly couldn’t believe it. She walked away fast and disregarding us while I was trying to give her the 10.00. I wasn’t going to run after her so we just left.nWon’t be returning.
I was very impressed with the service and food. The location is clean and has lots of parking the menu is on the smaller side. The pizza is fantastic! Its thin saucy and has an amazing quality cheese. I normally dont like pepperoni underneath the cheese but they did a great job. The zucchini sticks were a good portion size and were crispy and flavorful. My second visit I tried the bacon pizza and sweet chili chicken bites. They were delicious and not too spicy
