We have ordered take out several times and always enjoyed it and they are fast and pleasant to order from. This was our first time dining in. They had great decor, very attentive staff, and the food is even more delicious freshly from the kitchen. The food comes fast but is fresh and well-made. We have tried a lot of Thai places mostly in Alberta and are usually quite disappointed when compared to our ultimate favorite Sook Jai Thai in Victoria, BC. This rates second only to them, and is local so we can regularly enjoy it. So glad we had finally tried Krob Krua. It's a great place for some yummy food. Faves so far: Nua Tod most flavourful juicy beef ever, Panang Gai Curry, Pad See Ew dry, Gai Pad Ma-Muang HimmaPan, and coconut rice. There are other dishes I would love to try as well. So glad to have this restaurant in Kamloops. Keep up the good work you guys!
Outstanding food and service I am here 4 days for training with my company and they deserve 5 stars I am beyond impress of all the flavour in my 2 dishes and the tea was excellent Highly recommend
I've been working in & out of Kamloops for the past 2 summers, staying for 7-11 days a stint. Every time I've been here, the food has been great, as has been the service. Whether I get take-out to eat back in my room or dine-in with work colleagues, Cam has never disappointed anyone I've known that has eaten there. Yes, the portions tend to be a bit on the smaller side, but you get what you pay for and the quality for everything I've ever eaten flavour! has been top notch.
I would like to start out that I have lived in kamloops for 17 years and this is my first bad review of a restaurant. My husband wanted to be the hero and bring us home Thai food which is lacking in kamloops, we were both tired from work. We did have a wonderful Thai restaurant on the north shore but unfortunately they moved back to Thailand. We were very excited to try this restaurant. Well as you can see by the pictures it was lacking in portions to say the least we paid $35 the green curry was not creamy and lacking flavour, the coconut rice was lacking coconut and the 4 spring rolls we got were out of a box and overly deep fried. So yes as we know COVID has been hard on these restaurants so we called and explained that we were disappointed. He said that I have never had Thai green curry and I didn't know what I was talking about. I informed him the manager that indeed I did and said I spent 2 years in Thailand. He asked me where and I named off at least 5 places I have been to. He was shocked and said well this is how we make it and too bad we didn't like it. We are very decent people he could of offered a different dish or something but the customer service was terrible. We will never return and will be sure to let everyone we know to stay away!!! P.S. I never asked for free food I asked for him to make it right. Read the other reviews of the green curry it's terrible. I support local I'm a good person. This man was arrogant and and does not care about customer service or the quality of his food!! My advice is to Pinterest authentic green curry and make it yourself. There were 3 pieces of chicken a few pieces of veggies. Lack of service and quality makes this a bad choice considering what amazing restaurants are available on kamloops.
Update This is now my fave place to eat in Kamloops. Lil over priced but the food is extremely good quality and the owner and staff could not be nicer pple. The curry is dialled in perfectly now and they get the spice just right. Genuine Thai food from Thai pple :
After taking cooking classes in Thailand, we don't order Thai food often as we prefer to make it ourselves. Today was an exception. Ordered chicken pad thai, tom yum soup, chicken with basil, and shrimp red curry. The portions are a bit on the smaller side, curries quite mild in terms of spice, and food a bit on the pricier side subtotal was $63, no rice, BUT, the food is delicious. Shrimp was plump and juicy, cooked perfectly. The pad thai was not too greasy and had the perfect amount sauce with the right flavorings. The red curry was packed with fresh vegetables and wasn't too sweet, which is often the case. If you like your thai food on the spicier side, request that it be made more spicey as the default is quite mild. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

I popped into this restaurant for lunch. I was immediately impressed with how clean and calm the space was. I ordered a green vegetable curry from a very attentive and respectful server and the curry was DIVINE. It was so delicious it blew my mind. I will definitely be back, I am excited to see what other deliciousness they have to serve up!
We always come here, love the panyang the flavour is amazing, but the container is only half full. The portions are not very much for the price.
Just grabbed dinner here and it was great! Very tasty and authentic Thai food with good portions for reasonable prices, they also have some vegan options which is wonderful. Additionally the staff was extremely friendly!! We will definitely return!
