Kristy has been a great help and made selling and buying house really easy. She always does her homework before taking a look at a house together and it's really helpful to have her point out any outstanding history the house has. Very resourceful; and her transparency in her work is a definitely appreciated.

As an Individual and a Company we have utilized Kristy's as a Realtor for over a year. We have found her to be highly proficient in what she does, and her attention to detail and her drive to get "the sale" done is what makes her such a top notch Realtor. I had bought a condo during a property bubble just before the 2008 bubble burst and had paid a high price for my condo. I had been reluctant to try and sell my property as I had been following the properties in my area which had made me very discouraged. After speaking with Kristy I had a new found prospective and a rush of optimism to sell my property. She was able to show me how I could sell my property for almost $40000 more then my neighbor's property and $25000 more then any other realtor had told me they could sell it for. I found many other realtor's didn't seem to care for my business as I was a low commission sale. Kristy treated me like I was number one and did anything she could to sell my property. I had presented her with a 60 day goal for sale which was less then the average time. My property was sold with in about 30 days of listing and I had sold it for almost asking price. Kristy made the impossible possible and I look forward to future business together.
