It's so sad that other experiences with other people have been bad. I had a wonderful experience, donuts were yummy and the person helping was really nice.

The service was very friendly and attentive. The bill was fair I would say. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.

That hot and fresh sign is like a beacon in the night! If I see that sign on and am in the wrong lane watch out because I am coming over. I have never been disappointed and who cares about the customer service, after all it is hot and fresh doughnuts, but the customer service is good.

The franchise started carry donuts containing peanuts. This location was the only place in the entire city to get a peanut free donut without cross contamination issues. My son is so sad!!!! We loved these donuts but now they are off limits!!

Every time I go th te, different times, different days, they are out of what I want...

Love the doughnuts and nice people. Only bummer was they were out of doughnut holes he first time I went but I for em the second time.
