Fantastic staff! Decent prices! I had an experience where they could've charged me excessive amounts to repair one of my broken silver rings but the lady I spoke to urged me to replace it as it was much less expensive. I value such integrity and appreciated her honesty.

These people are the best to deal with! Staff is all friendly and knowledgeably about jewellery. Nothing is tooo much trouble. They are fast and accommodating...and cannot say enough about Rachel....she is fantastic, and makes you feel like you are their best customer!!

This is where you go in Nanaimo for minor or major jewelery repairs. We shopped around from downtown to the North-end and Goldsmith's in Woodgrove Mall gave an accurate assessment of the needed repair at a fair price.

They were very friendly and helpful. They clean, and replaced the missing stones from my rings. They did an awesome job. Definitely recommend it!
