It's a modular home park. Pad rent includes water/ sewer and garbage pick up. Extra storage for RV's. Pad rent is around $480 a month

From what I have seen from an outside view.. the rules regulations and enforment is quite barbaric And based on an emotional stand point instead of business professional one . The only thing that's really going for it, is location with the views that are a short walk.

Water lines break constantly and if your rented lot is dug up don't think it will be back to the way it was, unless you do it yourself. Water sewer and garbage is included in lot rent however water is so over chlorinated that it is undrinkable. Lot rent increase yearly but poor management services remain the same. We work hard to beautifie our mobile and lot. Very discouraged with this park, been here 8 years and resale is almost impossible Rules are not consistent for all renters. Please note Benalto does not have an elementary school 2017.
