My friend group and I went up to Kora for our graduation trip. There were about 35 of us and we had 4 different cabins. We had hands down the best experience I heard between all of the schools that were up the same weekend and the price we payed was awesome. The owners were super chill with the noise, check in and out time and as long as you were behaved they were really chill. Even with it being Canada day long weekend they were super great hosts. I would 1000% recommend renting from here for any teenagers that just want to have a good time and we will definitely be renting again.
Jack, the owner, is a great host and really cares. My boss and I stayed here in a couple of different units throughout a local project and service was always great. They prioritize cleanliness and are currently renovating some units to modernize them but the older units have a vintage feel that feels atmospheric and pleasant. During the week, it was quiet and calm. On weekends, groups of people get together for bbqs in the common area and hang out. It's a great spot.
Amazing experience. Owner is extremely friendly, kind, and ensured we had a great time. Very lenient with parking, super understanding and helpful if something came up. Along with the positive atmosphere and only a 5 minute walk from the beach, we had a great time. Was uncertain about booking because of past reviews but it's clear the establishment is under new management and we'll be looking to come back next Canada Day weekend
The owner was super nice and friendly. The cabin was very clean and very close to the beach. We had a great experience here and would definitely come back again!

Great location, fair prices and very nice host. I would come again for the environment, experience and people. Wasaga Beach Area 1 is amazing and it is only 6 minutes walking distance from Kora Cottages. Very convenient spot to be in. I will be back!
