We absolutely love this space. We enjoy the various exhibitions, and the perspective film series they have put on in their beautiful theatre.  Their annual membership fees are so inexpensive [$20 Individual] [$40 Dual] [$50 Family]. Also, just launched, check out their new Culture Club membership for young art enthusiasts in their 20s–40s.  The building is absolutely phenomenal and worth visiting. The staff and volunteers are all top notch.  We would HIGHLY recommend.

I am a member at the contemporary art museum. I absolutely love it here. The art is often done by local artists. Everything is memorable and I always leave thinking about the art for months. The building itself is unique and interesting done with a brutalist minimalist design. Great for pictures!

We visited this beautiful Art museum few weeks back. It had 3 Art Exhibits going on at the same time. All very different,unique and interesting  So much I learned about Art and the different aspects, types and forms of Art  The tickets were very well priced It promotes new and local artists ‍

Fabulous layout and vibrant exhibitions make this venue a knockout option for events. The stylish staff were incredibly accessible, providing clarity with charm and wit. Much appreciated by attendees. Will be thrilled to return for another event!

The old planetarium building is the star of the show! What an amazing space. The temporary exhibits were fantastic! However, there is so much unused space in there. Fill those walls and floors up with some paintings, installations, and sculptures! I’m sure there’s tonnes of local and Canadian artists who would love to contribute.

The best art gallery in the province!  Don’t be deceived by the old and forgotten look of the building exterior. This museum was amazing and hopefully will get more funds and sponsorships.  We paid $10-12/day on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet and not too many people. There were plenty of thought-provoking exhibits inside and we’re so lucky enough to witness Luke Jerram’s ‘Museum of the Moon’ exhibit. Defined coming back later this year for Yoko Ono’s exhibit!

Great redesign of the old Science Centre. The use of the various rooms, and unique architecture design, is wonderful. The planetarium is super cool and an alright place for a small performance space.
