Pretty authentic Pakistani flavours. The food was very, very good; everything had its unique tastes. The interior design and overall look is also great. Prices are lower than expected. Cons: I would not go here on a weekend as they usually are understaffed and very busy on the weekends. Weekdays should be fine.
Very impressive decor and large Dinning room. Restaurant looks opened recently as everything was clean and shiny. We ordered one mix grill plater which consists of One whole Chicken Tikka leg, five pieces of Fish tikka, five pieces of Chicken Malahi Boti and Bihari Chicken I think also five pieces. We also ordered Beef Bihari Kebab and two Nans. Among grill items, Chicken Tikka was the best followed by Fish Tikka, then Malahi Boti and Chicken Bihari Boti. Our Second order Bihari Kebob was not up to the mark. It was kind of dry and lacks authentic flavour. Food was served in reasonable time. Bathroom was not very clean. Paid $62 for the items mentioned above. Recommended. Parking: In front of restaurant
Pro: Nice welcoming ambience with beautiful decor. I would say for a Pakistani/Indian restaurant it is the bigger size, this makes it ideal for a party or friends and family dinner. The foods that we ordered were good. But one of my friends order war subpar, but they offered money back for that. Cons: We went there at 7 pm on a Saturday and it took 30 mins to just place the order, then another 40 mins to get the food. They were “severely” understaffed. Only one employee was taking orders from all the customers. They were out of all the beef items as well. After that, I went there once for takeout only.
After the relocation and the soft opening we decided to celebrate my brother’s bday here. Ambiance is beautiful. Location is convenient. Since a very long time we were in a hunt for authentic Karachi style BBQ. This place serves one of the best in town. Chicken tikka, seekh kebab both beef and chicken, tikka boti were the stars of the day. Everything served on the table were fresh and hot. Prep time takes a bit longer but it’s worth the wait as everything is made from scratch and fresh. The cuttnies, naans and puri paratha all were yummy. Though the menu is limited for now yet BBQ itself was enough to satisfy our Karachi food style craving. Highly recommended. A perfect family and friends go to place for dine out or any events. They have everything halal.
Amazing ambience and very comfortable luxury seating. Love the Karachi themed decor. Food is very tasty and big portions. Super happy with the new Kolachi restaurant. Highly recommend
The atmosphere and decor is amazing; more upscale feel. Service needs to improve. The food was tasty but could have been better. The naan is WOW! Bathroom is clean, the glasses, plates and cutlery were not so clean. Will definitely give it a try again and see how my next visit goes. Vegetarian options: Offer meat alternatives Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and family oriented restaurant. Parking: Plenty of parking available even with the restaurant being full. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs Dietary restrictions: No Pork. Offer chicken, beef, fish and vegetarian meat alternative.
Came all the way from Edmonton and I must tell you this restaurant has serious game. Food is scrumptious and at the end faludas is top on the cherry. Spoke to owner about gravy items and he explained due to Indian restaurant in his plaza he can’t serve gravy due to exclusivity. Lots of prayer for this family run business.
KOLACHI serves the so far most authentic Karachi style cuisine. The biryani, club sandwich, chicken tikka, falooda every dish reminded me of Karachi food & Karachi spices. A must try if you are in Calgary. Great chef, great food.

In February, I flew down from Toronto to Calgary and my sister told me her favourite restaurant is Kolachi but it was shut down due to renovation… I got a chance to revisit Calgary in December this year and visit Kolachi… and omg the food is excellent!!! We had BBQ platter, Chicken crispy burger, white karahi and naan. It was the perfect level of spice!!! I absolutely love Kolachi and it was totally worth the wait
